tiny cursor and font in 2022 update

Got the update, this jury is still out, and even still my opinion would probably mean next to nothing, and certainly would not change the fact that I have to bite the bullet on this thing and just move forward. Anyhoo - why are my cursor and my fonts suddenly tiny? 

Also, I opened a previously adjust RAW file and saw none of my changes. 

Please advise. Thanks.

I reset my font size in preferences, but I still don't see the changes I've made to my files. Where did they go?
