Using Win 7, Norton Internet Security - Photoshop CS6;
I've a new camera and need to uppdate Camera Raw - Update meny.
Got an error message "The update server is not responding.
The server might be offline temporarily or the internet or firewall settings may be incorrect"
Norton support has tried to help - uninstalled all Norton and McAffee files but no success.
This is not a Norton problem.
Please, tell me exactly how to do.

To prove it, after my updates were down

What camera model? It may be moot. The last version of Camera Raw supported by Photoshop CS6 is version 9.1.1.

To prove it, after my updates were downloaded and installed, I tried to run the updater again and received the same error message. So my problem is solved. No WiFi when trying to run updates!!"
