Activation malfunction - "Clock" failure

I keep getting the same failure and can't activate my Captivate 7 software.

Although the date, time, and time sone are correct for my location in Australia.

Can anyone help me with this?

Hi there,

Is it a full version or are you using the subscription?

If it is a full version, then you can activate the software offline. Go to http://www.adobe.com/go/getactivated

It seems that something is blocking Captivate to connect to internet, it can be system firewall or network firewall.
