Adding Images from System

I am really struggling with adding custom images. No matter what size of image I select Captivate zooms in on the image and it will not display the entire image. I also cannot figure out any way to resize the image. I can just move the window around to see another portion of the image. Right now, I am trying to change out the images on a card widget and there is no way to tell what the image is because it is zoomed in so much. How can I add my own images and still retain the entire image?

I am having the same issue. It zooms in without any option to turn off the zoom. I have tried different sizes of images and still no luck.
