adjust timeline for all objects

Is there anyway to adjust the time of all the objects in the timeline simultaneously? I know that I can select all objects using CNTRL - A. But, I can not reduce the time of all objects together.

Thank you Joe! That did it. The key seems to be using Ctrl-E after Ctrl-A to then be able to move all object timelines together.

Welcome to our community, R@ttleSn@ke

If you have downloaded and installed Captivate 4, it offers the ability to configure some of the defaults. Perhaps that will help? To see where it's done, click Edit > Preferences... > Global node > Defaults node.

Cheers... Rick

I think you are referring to adjusting what you have and not the defaults.
Your observation about using Ctrl and a click is one way to get them all selected and so is a left click and drag across all objects.

The command Ctrl+E will extend the time to the end of the time line (theat is the last band in the timeline) Once grouped with Ctrl+E, you can slide that last time band and shring them all down or grow them up to the time you desire for all selected objects. Give it a whirl...

Thanks Rick. It's good to know that I can set these defaults in Cap. 4 when I get it installed.
