Hello everyone,
I created a course with some content slides and a few exercise questions in between. My captivate course behaves as expected and takes me to the last slide to click the 'finish' button. But the LMS is not registering the completion status. I am using SCORM 1.2. For your reference, I have already tried 2 variations of the settings (as shown in the screenshot below) but it is still not marking as complete. I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you in advance!

Upload your modules to SCORM Cloud and test them there.
If you get the same result with SCORM Cloud then you may need to change your settings, perhaps requiring a smaller number of slides to be viewed in order to achieve completion.
If SCORM Cloud has no issue with your module and correctly marks it as complete, then the issue is with your LMS, not the Captivate module. Some LMSs don't seem to handle completion well purely based on slide views. They seem to want to have a scored element. So you may need to add a scored button near the end of the module that will allocate a success score to a 'quiz' (even though there are no quiz question slides). You will need to set the completion to then be based on Quiz is Passed as well as (or instead of) slide completion.

Hello,
Thank you for your input. I have configured the settings as shown below
and the results after using scorm cloud are as follows:
Do the results mean that it is still not marking as complete?

One frequent issue I've seen causing such a problem is when folks click Next quickly to zoom through the project.
The "Default" template you have selected sends the status to the LMS every so often (i.e. every 5 slides, as a guess).
if the user clicks too fast, the tracking can't keep up.
So first test - change the template to 'SendDataAtEnd' and see if that fixes the problem, without any change in how you're testing.
If that doesn't help, go back to the Default just slow-down; for example, make the Next button not appear for 3 seconds or something, forcing a more measured pace.
If one of those works, adjust as needed.
if not, post back (it could certainly be an issue as Rod describes. Different LMS products expect varying SCORM results)
