Adobe Captivate activation

Good morning to all of you, I have a problem. I'm trying to activate two copies of Adobe Captivate 4 on 2 new pc windows but I could not turn off the copies from the old pc and then goes into error activation. How can I restore the ability to activate the copies in my possession? I found no other solution than addressing the forum.

Which version of Windows. Captivate 4 is very old (2008 if my memory is correct). It caused already issues with Windows 7, if you use 8 or 10 I am almost certain that it will not be compatible. Just a warning!

We would use on windows7. We also upgrade to Captivate 6 but our colleagues do not know English and have difficulty using. But I would understand if there is a way to erase the previous activations, and then worry about the compatibility issues with the operating system. It would seem to be a way to contact those who can help us.

If you cannot deactivate on the old systems, you have to contact Adobe by phone. This forum is mostly user to user, I am just a user, cannot help you with deactivation. Years ago I was able to run CP4 on one of my systems with CP7, you may be lucky as well.

In italian:

"I record indicano che questo numero di serie è stato già utilizzato per installare e attivare Captivate 4 su altri due computer, il numero massimo consentito."

using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'still need help', https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html and request an activation count reset.

do not ask for general help etc.  that product is no longer supported so you must pinpoint the problem (already done) and pin point the solution (request an activation count reset).
