Our company is moving from network drives to Google drive and we have teammembers that have huge personal drives because of Adobe Captivate Cached Projects. Is there a safe way to move the Adobe Captivate Cached Projects content from their personal drive to company Google drive without causing issues with the courses being damaged or deleted? Please advise. Thanks,

The Cache folder is only temporary. You need to clear it regularly because they become very big. That can easily be done using a button in the Preferences, General Settings.
There is no need to keep the cache for finished projects. It is only useful for projects that are in development.
However it is never a good idea to have Project files nor Cache not installed on the system itself, that may lead to problems.

Hi Lilybiri, I appreciate your quick reply.
Can you explain what you mean by "However it is never a good idea to have project files nor cache not installed on the system itself, that may lead to problems."

Lot of users have issues when working on a Captivate project which is not on their system but on a networked or cloud drive. For that reason most experts here recommend to download the project to the system, and uploading it back to the networked or cloud storage after finishing.
