Adobe E Learning Suite Installatin error

I am trying to install Adobe E Learning Suite 6.1 on a workstation, but this keeps failing and reports the following error:

I have checked the logfile and this reports :

1/16/2018 10:02:18 [ERROR] Setup - Error finding locale language dictionary file. Defaulting to english.

1/16/2018 10:02:18 [ERROR] Setup - Error finding english dictionary file.

1/16/2018 10:02:18 [ERROR] Setup - Unable to initialize ZString library

1/16/2018 10:02:18 [FATAL] Setup - Setup.xml does not exist.

1/16/2018 10:02:18 [FATAL] Setup - Unable to initialize. File missing.

Can some advise on this please.......Thanks
