Adobe Presenter 11 on Mac with Parallels - Preview Too Small

I am using Presenter 11 on a Macbook with Retina in Parallels emulation. PowerPoint works fine but the preview window for Presenter is much too small. It seems to be hard-wired for size and so it shows very little of the preview slides.

Any thoughts?
