Hello everyone, I have a problem when exporting a powerpoint with audio to an html5 format using presenter 11.0 (windows 8)
The sound of the presentation is turned off when I start the presentation, I have to click on the speaker icon at the bottom right to get the sound, and this needs to be done on every slide of the presentation
Can you help ?
Vincent...
Vincent,
I would recommend you reach out to Adobe Support directly. I'm not aware of any setting that would cause this to happen, but there may be something in an XML configuration file that sets the audio to mute (that's my long shot guess). Support can be reached here: Adobe Support

Thank you, I did that, and got help from a very nice guy at adobe support (His name is Apurva, thank you Apurva!)
My problem was that the media files in the PPT were in m4a format , while they should have been either mp3 or wav.
If exported all sound files, converted them in mp3 and reimported them via presenter and it works fine
