Adobe Presenter Video Express 2017 (64 bit)

Hello, I`ve just downloaded Adobe Presenter Video Express 2017 from the adobe site, I can`t install this software because the requirements are not met...

It says 32 bit OS is required, I`m running 64 bit OS

How can I install the program?

if it meets specs (win 7, 8.1 or 10), use compatibility mode to force the installer to recognize your os.

It is windows 10.

How do I use the compatibility mode?

right click the executable > click properties > compatibility > win 10

Thanks heaps, I installed the program through compatibility mode!

It is running pretty buggy and gets stuck once I press record though... Maybe it is not meant to run on 64 bit?

There is a 64 bit version available on the download page .

You just have to scroll down the list.

Don't know why adobe didn't put the 64 bit version at the top of the list since most

users have 64 bit operating systems.

There doesn't appear to be a Mac 64 bit version on the download site. Bizarrely, the software was working fine on Catalina and all of a sudden it stopped doing so I rebooted and it doesn't even launch. I tried the English Mac version but it will not install because it is only 32 bit.
