Adobe Reviewer 9 for Captivate - PC admin rights required

When we share the Captivate project with SMEs in order to initiate a review, they must choose the Reviewer in ADMIN mode.  Our IT and security departments do not allow all users to have admin rights for their PCs.  Why must they have admin rights and is there other alternatives?

Your IT department may have extremely high restrictions. In my previous workplace the IT department had moderate restrictions in place. Users could install optional web browsers and applications like Reviewer would work as well. If you tried to install an application like Photoshop or Dreamweaver, the system would prevent it.  In other organizations where I worked, no application install would work. Talk to your IT department and see if they can make Adobe Reviewer part of the standard image that's installed with all office workers.
