Aligning audio options do not appear

I have been creating a number of projects on Captivate 8.1, I have now noticed that when I insert audio the options do not appear to change how the audio is inserted.

Does anyone know how I can get these back?

Sorry I cannot send a screen shot as nothing happens, a speaker icon is only added to the bottom of the slide in the film strip. Usually a display box appears with 3 different options e.g. make the slide the same length as the audio.

Sounds like you may not be inserting the audio to the slide but to somewhere else, perhaps an object on the slide is selected at the time and your audio is being added to that.
