alignment issues during demo capture

I'm experiencing trouble with the Demo versions of lessons recorded while simultaneously creating Demo, Training & Assessment versions.

The Training & Assessment versions usually come out fine.

But, with the Demo versions, despite capturing mouse movements slowly and methodically, when I open the lesson for editing, I notice that button clicks, text inputs are misaligned.  They're off by a noticeable amount, usually vertically by 10 - 20 pixels, but sometimes off in both x and y axes.   My first indication that something is amiss is when I see that the "hand" that is recorded going to a specific button or row on a list, is pointing to the wrong item. I can reposition the path (at least the END of the path), but when I replay the lesson, I see that the end screen capture reflects the misalignment, if only for a second.  More vexing are input fields that are very obviously "off".

The Slide itself, being a screen capture, cannot be edited.

Is there anything I can do to fix these issues?

In the tags I see that you are on version 8, is it the latest one: 8.0.1.242? And are working on a normal or a responsive project?

It's a normal project (although I may find myself creating responsive ones in the near future)

And it is inded 8.0.1.242.
