Please, this is a very old thread.  Do you have timed the frames in PS for at least 0,1sec?

I was considering making a new thread, maybe I will do that.

The frames are timed for 0.1 seconds in PS.

OK, will branch this to a new thread.

Recently I had several issues with animated GIF's as well, which was not the case for previous versions of Captivate with Photoshop.

I learned that animations, using masks for animating, do not work. If you use layers to create the animation, it works mostly well.

How did you create the animation in PS?

Imported a video, video frames to layers. Then adjusted the timing to be 0.1 seconds.

That will not work...

Why do you not import the video directly to Captivate?

I'm making a project on different types of media formats. Gif is one of the formats. I wanted to include an example of a gif.

I have also tried downloading a gif from giphy. Adjusted timing for it in PS. Still not working.

Create one in PS. Just some layers each one with a letter, and let them appear one after one. You'll have a quick animated GIF that will work.
