animating turning wheels in captivate 9

Good morning,

I'd like to have an icon of a bus on the screen that I created in PPT move across the screen.  I've got that figured out-but how do I animate the wheels so they spin while the bus is going across the screen? Is that possible?

I'm working in Captivate 9.
