Asset installation fails with code 41. What do I do now?

I tried downloading and installing the assets (in order to have access to character images).  The installation fails with Error code 41, which means it does not have access to a directory it needs.  I tried changing the default directory to something else, but it still failed.  I don't know what do do next. Any suggestions?

Hi Pat,

Thank you for reaching Captivate Prime.
Please mention the Adobe Product you are facing an error with.

Also, attach the error screenshot to evaluate the technical issue further?

Hi @PatB789 ,

Thank you for sharing the details with us.

It looks like you are trying to install Captivate "assets" and it's failing.

I would recommend you to get in touch with our Captivate team at tcssup@adobe.com and they will help you with the issue.
