Audio issue only for some users

I have published a course and I have no issues with the audio neither do two of my work colleagues, however some users at the client are experiencing the audio cutting out at some places. Is there anything I can do or is this related to the processing speed of their PC?

Audio file has to be generated on enter for each slide, that is the reason why I suggested not to put the audio file starting on the first frame, nor ending on the last frame. I call it a gap (0,3secs will do normally).  You'll have to publish again, try to keep the settings as low as acceptable, prefer mono over stereo, all what can decrease the file size of the audio clips.

Could be due to their system, indeed. Good practice, if you are talking about slide audio at least, is to leave a small gap before and after the audio clip on the timeline.

Thanks Lilybiri, their audio inconsistencies are at different places each time they watch it, is there anything I could adjust when publishing?
