I am reviewing my training via the webpage that opens when you click "preview" in the upper, right-hand corner. When each slide starts, it plays the first second of audio from the previous slide. I can't see any setting that may be causing this issue. It plays normally in the area where you edit audio. Does anyone have any ideas?
I'm planning to upload my files tomorrow to AWS to share with a stakeholder, and I'm worried they will hear this issue!
Try disabling slide transitions for all the slides:
That should provide temporary solution to the issue. However, this is clearly bug in the software. Hopefully, Adobe will fix it in the next update.

I just spent 45 minutes on the phone with Adobe, and this is the same conclusion we came to. I hope they fix it soon!

This is happening to me and I already have None for the slide transitions.

I just wanted to follow up on this as I have been experiencing this as well. I already didn't have any slide transitions in my project, so that fix below didn't work for me. I was about to contact Enterprise support to file a support ticket before I just for fun tried adding silence to the beginning of the previous slide audio that was being repeated. After saving and previewing, this solved the issue.
Maybe try adding however much silence you need in order for the audio not to repeat? It's such a quick snippet you likely won't need more than half a second.

Yes, this is eventually the solution I came to use. I have to add 1 second to the beginning and end of every audio track (adding it just to the beginning didn't work in certain instances, but when I added the silence to the end, it did). I wish Adobe would have this be automatic.... a user shouldn't need to take this extra step!

I agree! Especially since it's time-consuming to get the captions just right. Super clunky in that regard.
