I need to show my employer an example eLearning file with Australian accent Text-To-Speech (TTS).
Currently we have Captivate version 4 license.
According to my knowledge all Captivate versions don't have Australian accent and only Captivate 5 allows 3rd Party TTS.
What are my options to show the example eLearning file with Australian accent Text-To-Speech, so that I can obtain approval for purchase?
(Am I able to obtain a trial version of Captivate 5 and try with a 3rd party TTS?)

Why don't you just use one of the standard voices (e.g. Kate or Paul) to get approval for voiceover scripts etc, and then dub in a real Australian voice for the final version? That's what I do. It makes no sense to reject an entire authoring application on the basis of one single thing it doesn't have.

We have been using Paul & Kate for all the eLearning packages upto now, adjusting text to obtain a voice closer to Ausie accent.
But the time we spend on the voicing adjustments is significantly increasing and need a proper solution.
I know that Version 5 facilitates 3rd party TTS but other versions don't.
Is there any possibility to obtain Captivate 5 for a trial period where if CIO approves I can purchase that & incorporate an Ausie TTS. ?

I personally doubt you'll find Adobe all that interested in providing Trial Versions of Cp5. I haven't seen them keep links to older trial versions alive once newer versions came out. Especially if the version is several years behind.
Whereas most versions of Captivate that came with TTS voices used to have two providers (Neospeech and Loquendo) with Cp6 it's now down to one provider, Neospeech. If Neospeech has an Australian voice you can buy then you might be in luck. Otherwise, the alternative is to find a provider that can generate TTS in Aussie brogue (outside of Captivate) and then insert the sound clips into the Cp project slide by slide. It's more work than being able to do it all within Captivate, but at least it's a solution.

Thanks.
I'll try your suggestion.
