Black screen - flash animations - Captivate 7

Hello,

I'm running Captivate 7 on Windows 7.

I have recently finished a project and the SME is testing it as we speak. He says he gets a black screen when he reaches a slide with a flash animation on it. When I test it works just fine. I decided to test the project on a colleagues laptop and get a black screen, so something is not right.

Any ideas on what the problem could be? I tried to externalize animations when publishing, same result though.

    Flash Security Settings are OK?

    Hello,

    The security settings should be fine, I will double check.

    The weird thing is that some animations work fine but some don't. One thing I noticed, not sure if it matters, is that the working animation is visible in the slide in Captivate and the not working ones aren't. See pics below.

    Not working animation (it just says animation, but can't see it as in the pic above. The animation looks about the same):
