Bookmark continue window showing up all white

Hello:

I am creating a course with self-paced learning checked (no LMS).   I've published it to a website.  However, when I relaunch the project, the bookmark window is all white and very difficult to read.  I can't seem to find any place in the Skin Editor where I could change this.  Am I missing where this setting is?  I've attached screen shots for reference and I'm working with Adobe Captivate 2019.

    The only place where you can edit the look of that runtime dialog box is in the Object Style Manager.
