Can I restrict certain users to a particular question pool?

I have 2 sets of learners who will be tested on slighty diffrent content in the same Captivate course. How can I restrict set of users to a set of questions?

Hi,

What version of Captivate are you on?

Are your users aware about which group they belong to?

If it is 6+, then rather than Using Two Question Pool. You can create a Pretest Question, asking about their GroupName (say A or B)

And on Choosing A you can branch them to a question set and on B, you can direct them to another. (Do Select-- 'Branch Aware' from Quiz--Preferences-- Settings)

You might need to refine this further. But this would then depend upon the fact what user chooses and the dynamica

Thanks for that tip. It worked. The only issue I had was getting that dreaded "fatal error" at the end. I ended up recreating the course using your recommendation again.
