Can't install the eLearning asserts

Hi I can't seem to install the eLearning assets on the Mac, I get this error.

Any thoughts?

If you are on the most recent Mac version and/or using M1 chip, you need to use the Captivate version 11.8 (subscription only). Is that the case?

I'm using the demo - I will have my license shortly. Are yu saying this was solved in the latest version? Is the demo download an old verion?

I'm not on the latest - the demo is out of date - I just checked. When I get my license will I be receiving a set of download links with the latest version?

Ok I got the license and it is the latest installation of CP.

I'm still getting the error - any thoughts? Is there an updated assets installer for M1 ?

Send an email to captivatehelp@adobe.com to see if they can troubleshoot this for you. Most of us on the forums are merely users but this looks like something Adobe would have to help with.
