When i have 360 image in my captivate project the project doesn't load in IE.

The project loads on Chrome but 360 image is Black.

It only work in microsoft edge.

Is this a bug or is it in my own settings?

How did you test please? After publishing and uploading to a webserver?

I publish to my desktop and run it local.

Please, try to upload to a webserver. IE is very bad for HTML support, but that may not be the reason. Is is playing in another browser?

I never thought to test this feature in Internet Explorer because I haven't used IE in years. Just tried this and I seem to be getting the same results as you. I see the spinning loader with the rest of the screen black. I don't know for sure, but I suspect that IE isn't compatible with the aspects of HTML5 that VR projects use. VR projects work fine for me in Chrome and Edge.

I would encourage your client or IT department to move away from IE11. When you test IE11 on https://HTML5Test.com, which looks at 555 features of HTML5, IE11 gets a score of 312/555. This result means that it isn't compatible with 243 features that are part of the HTML5 standard. Microsoft is no longer updating Internet Explorer for features. At this stage, they only update it for security patches, so I don't expect this to ever improve.

By comparison, Chrome gets a score of 528/555. https://html5test.com/results/desktop.html
