Can you zoom in to the effects panel?

Hi all.

Is it possible to zoom in to the effects panel? It can be really fidgety to change the duration of effects sometimes. If you could zoom in it would make things a lot easier.

I can't see any way of doing this, but wanted to check I wasn't missing anything.
