Please can you cancel my subscriptions to. This is the biggest run around I have had to unsubscribe for something I purchased one off.
I never wanted a sub, I only wanted the product to use for a minimum time only. I cannot get hold of anyone at Adobe

Ive just realised I'm being charged for a product I never ordered- Captivate. I have an exisiting hard copy of it so there is no way I would have ordered it initailly. I can't seem to cancel this and it's telling me I owe money for it. Could someone in support please help me with this? Cheers.
