Cannot install Presenter 10, tells me I have previous version.

Followed steps from Adobe Community to delete Presenter folders and have edited the registry without any luck.  I am running Windows 8.1  Adobe resent me the link to reinstall but no matter what I do I get the same error.

Have you Uninstalled  presenter previous version successfully and stll folder is left behind ?

I would recommend you to use Use the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems

Try installing presenter 11 after running adobe cc cleaner. If you are still facing the issue please send me the logs using https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html

Hi Sidhartha,

No there are no folders I can find. I’ve tried the cleaner without any luck. I am attaching the Adobe Logs as requested. Please be advised I only have a license for Presenter 10 not 11 and am trying to get 10 back and operating on my system.
