Cannot purchase Adobe Captivate and Creative Cloud on same account
Hello. I recently ran into a problem which I cannot solve.
Since Adobe "divided" the account into Private and Business, I cannot sync the Adobe Captivate and Creative Cloud. I used adobe fonts from CC in my Captivate eLearning courses.
I had the Adobe Captivate purchased from the Private profile, and used the CC on the business profile (same email login). However, some time ago Adobe started asking me to choose one of the profiles when I log in (private or business) and since then I am able to use only one of the packages at a time Creative Cloud or Captivate. If I login on my private profile I am not able to use the fonts and the creative cloud package at all, If I login on the business profile I am not able to use captivate (30 day trial starts).
I reached the technical support and as I understood, there is still no way to connect the tools. If I want to purchase the creative cloud on my private profile it is giving me the option to UPDATE the current captivate subscription to Creativate Cloud, which means that I will lose captivate, cuz it's not in the Creative Cloud package.
Does anybody else is having problem with syncing Adobe Captivate and Creative Cloud, and, more precisely, are you still able to use your Adobe Fonts after this dividing of the profiles, and how did you manage that?
