Cap8 Text Area Scroll Bar cuts off

Hello -

I am experiencing some mixed results when using the Text Scroll Bar widget in Cap8.

Here is the shot from inside my project:

Here is the swf preview (F4) notice the scroll bar goes below the line at the bottom

Here is what is giving me the most trouble.

This is the HTML5 preview.

The bottom part of the text and scroll bar is getting cut off.

Someone who is a lot more familiar with web development took a look at this and said that the DOM adjusted the height of the I Frame and that the text area is larger than the I frame height.

Is there a way to rework the widget to achieve the desired results?

If anyone is familiar with this problem and can offer any insight, it would be very much appreciated.
