After i published the Project to our LMS365 i have this issue:
If i check the quiz in the end the next button isn't working. so i can't go to the next site and can't go back.
But when i don't check the Quiz the next button works nicely.

I suspect English is not your native language?
It has always been a recommendation to hide the playbar on quiz slides, and not enable the Back buttons on them neither (although you can enable Backwards movement). Once you leave a quiz slide the answer will be frozen. There is one exception: if you choose the 'Submit All' option in Quiz Preferences, all answers will be submitted at once, not at the end of each quiz slide. Than you are allowed free navigation backwards and forward throughout the quiz slides. It comes with some limitations for navigation in the course.
The Review navigation buttons will appear only during Review.
I have a basic quiz course online (free). Here is the first post:

Mein Problem ist jedoch das wenn das Quiz abgeschlossen ist und beispielsweise nicht bestanden wurde, möchte der lerner die Antworten durchsehen. Nach dem er jedoch die antworten durchgesehen hat, ist es nicht mehr möglich auf die Abschlussfolie zu gelangen da alle Buttons keine Interaktion mer ausführen.
Verstehen sie was ich meine?

Yes I understand German rather well (bin Flamen) but I don't dare to write it. Orally is less a problem.
It is not possible to do what you want except with 'Submit All' activated in Quiz Preferences, Settings. As I wrote before this will mean that all answers will be submitted when that button - available on all quiz slides - is clicked. The answers will not be locked as is normally the case. The biggest disadvantage is that navigation by playbar and by TOC will be deactivated.
If the learner uses the Review button, all further attempts on quiz level will be considered exhausted. But a new session could be started by closing the first one.

What do you have for the quiz settings and quiz pass/fail (Quiz > Quiz Preferences > Quiz > Settings / Pass or Fail)?

Ja ich habe es auf "Unvollständig in Bestanden /nicht Bestanden"
Das Problem ist, wenn ich das Quiz nicht anschaue kann ich weiter, wenn ich es jedoch anschauen will kann ich es nicht mehr.

I'd like to see a screenshot of the 'Settings' and 'Pass or Fail' tabs - not the Reporting tab

My misunderstanding. I thought it was Captivate 2019 you were using. Can you please take a screenshot of the General tab (Allgemein)?

Ja Dankeschön. Ich habe ohne Probleme eine einfache Datei mit ähnlichen Einstellungen erstellt. Könnten Sie Ihre Datei mit mir teilen?

Oh no, you are not using CP2019 but the new version 12. That changes the situation completely because it is missing a lot of settings for quizzes. You cannot use Submit All, but you can take out the correct answers during Review. However for the rest you will be able to do what you want: review freely the answers by navigating through them. It will only be possible during the Review, but answers cannot be changed at all. Retaking a new session is the only possibility.

Ja, ich möchte die Antworten auch nicht korrigieren.
Aber nach dem Review ist es nicht mehr möglich mit dem Kurs fortzufahren.
Mach ich jedoch kein Review ist es möglich fortzufahren

Indeed, when using the Review, all attempts on quiz level are considered to be exhausted. For that reason I proposed to recommend the learner to close the session and restart a new one. Since the possibility for Submit All has been taken out in this version.

Did you check it out? What about coping with the navigation being limited?

I didn't look at the Submit All functionality and I don't think that will have any effect, here.
In my testing, I was not able to reproduce what is being reported. The only time the 'Continue' button doesn't work is if the quiz is required to be passed, which is not what the screen captures show (and it should behave the same regardless of reviewing the quiz, or not). I am wondering if there is either something specific in their file and/or they are using an older version of Captivate 12?

It is clear that you are answering a completely different question than what I am answering. You may understand German better than I do. I never see the Continue button been mentioned. BTW: it often causes issues if the score slide is not followed by at least one extra slide. But I don't think the question was about the Continue button on the score slide.

The issue, as I understand it, is that if they do not click the 'Review Quiz' button they are able to proceed to the next slide (using the continue button in red, in one of the screen shots). However, if they click on the Review Quiz button when they return to the Quiz Results slide, the continue button doesn't do anything.

I asked to post in the native language because I know that terminology is not always translated in a proper way.
My understanding was the the OP wanted to allow reviewing all answers before closing the Quiz, but answers on a quiz slide are locked once you leave the quiz slide and cannot be changed. That is a completely different situation, hence my referral to 'Submit all' with its problems about navigation. The use of the official Review, which will consider all remaining attempts being exhausted was not mentioned. The button 'Next' was mentioned, not Continue.
I wished people would post more in their native language and use more screenshots. German is my 4th language, which I don't master as well as Dutch, French and English. I understand also Spanish, Italian and Russian with the same restrictions.
