Captivate 2017: Captions disappear until I click on them.

I'm having issues with Captions in developement. When I save and close a project and then return to it later, there are several captions that are not showing up. I have to physically click on all of the captions to get them to appear. Otherwise, when I preview or publish, they are not on the screen. Is this a bug? See below:

    I will have to ask the same question that the OP never really answered: which theme are youi using, and is this a theme created in Captivate 2017 or is it an upgraded theme from a previous version? Check it by applying another original Captivate theme.

    I am having the same issue, does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix. All of my text captions will not show in preview or publish. I must click through all buttons with text and text captions for them to show.  

    Also when I save and return I have to do this again, this is an extremely tedious process and should not be happening in a professional piece of software.

    Please look into this ASAP as finishing a project like this is nearly impossible.

    Is this a project created in CP2017 or upgraded? Which theme do you use? Is this a default caption style?

    Was there a previous version of CP installed on the system?

    It looks like a D&D slide: are all D&D objects present from the first frame of the slide?

    What does D&D stand for? I resized the project from a previous one but nothing has changed other than that. I'm not using a theme but Captivate is set to Classic. Hope that helps.

    Drag&Drop.

    What do you mean 'from a previous one'? Was that a project from a previous version? HOw did you 'resize', please?

    You ALWAYS use a Theme, please check the theme for your project under the themes button.


    Classic is a workspace, not a theme.
