Captivate 2017 Demo Screen Capture Problem

Hi. I'm trying to do a demo screen capture with Captivate 2017 but Captivate keeps capturing incorrectly. When it captures the screen it only grabs about half of the screen I'v indicated in the capture pop-up and grabs another part of my screen instead of the application screen i had indicated. I'm using two monitors - one on a laptop and the other a "TV-sized screen". I've tried various settings in the Captivate capture pop-up but apparently I'm not choosing the correct combination. I'm on a tight deadline and would really appreciate any assistance.

Are you on Win10? In that case, please check the Display Resolution. For readability it is often pushed to a percentage over 100%. To have a correct screen capture you have to reset it to 100%.
