Captivate 2017 Download Issues MAC

Using 3 different browsers, I have not had success in downloading the Captivate_2017_LS21 dmg files for MAC English. What does happen is that two files are downloaded: one - is the .dmg, but it has "zero bytes" and the other, two - is .dmg.part as 1.14 GB. Neither link, nor open.

Given all the other negatives I have read about Captivate generally, this initial step failure is not enhancing my desire to use this product in my new venture.  Does any one have a solution?

In the past when I've downloaded Adobe applications, the site asks if I want to use the 'Download manager'.

I tend not to do that as my downloads are fine without it.

If that is still an option and you dd use it, try to download without using the Download Manager.

If you chose not to use it, then try using it instead.

The downloads work fine overall - the likely issue is either available HD space on your computer or an unstable internet connection. Of course, it could be an unstable connection on Adobe's side (or anywhere in between their site and your computer)...but those usually pass within a day at most, in my experience.

Try again.

I am a WIndows user, don't feel I can help you.  I will try to get you help from a staff member.

Remember that most people only post negative comments, rarely positive ones. To me Captivate is still the number one eLearning authoring tool and I have tried out many other tools.
