Captivate 2017, quiz score not showing up in LMS (Blackboard)

My team has created the SCORM package with 10 quiz questions. The content is fine but after completing the quizs on LMS it shows the icon "Attempt in progress"

I am wondering if it has to do with the quiz reporting setting?

Is it really necessary to have the requirement for 100% slide views? Some LMSs will not consider a slide as viewed unless it has been visited till the last frame. In many circumstances that will not happen. Think about a Next button, where the frames in the inactive part of the button will never been visited.

Try to reduce the number of slide views. There are other ways to 'force' viewing slides (which I don't like for adult training at all).

Thanks Lilybiri for your prompty reply. 100% slide views is not required. Hopefully the score will show up now, need to get my team members to test it.
