Captivate 2019 2 Update trial not able to run

Hi people,

I would like to run the trial but I always get a message that I've run out of days and I need to enter a licence. I had run the previous trial of Captivate 2019 last year but this was uninstalled. I have followed instructions to delete old trials and betas to no avail.

Ideas please.

    I think you will find that the trials apply to the major version number, not minor version numbers.  So since this is still the same major version number of Captivate 2019 you have used up your trial already.

    The only 'idea' that comes to mind is to make the decision about whether or not you would like to purchase a full licence of the product or not.  I suggest you look at the subscription option.

    Logical, since you already had a trial for a 11 version. This is a free update to that version, although it has added many new features (happened also from 5 to 5.5à.
