HI,
I am using Captivate 2019. I've recorded over a few days and sadly, had to switch programs in the middle of it (I was first recording in Audacity, then switched to Audition). The audio is quite varied. How do I level it out in captivate? Or do I need to export it to Audition and do it that way? (if so, how do I normalize it in Audition?)
Thanks!

I would use Audition and use the option to Match Loudness over all audio clips. You have roundtripping with Audtion in Captivate. The feature set for editing audio in Captivate is too limited for what you want to do.
