Captivate 3 and Inquisiq

I have a trial version of InquisiqR3 andI have uploaded my Captivate zip file to Inquisiq. How do I notify my users that they are enrolled in the course and how do they access it?

If I log on as a user I can see the course available to them, but can not access it, what am I doing wrong?

Email notifications are possible in Inqusiq R3 but are not activated by default for trial accounts.

If you'd like them activated, or have any other questions on the functionality, log a ticket with

When you create a trial account, the login you have is an Admin ONLY account.

To see the LMS as a user, you have to create a user account (either as Admin or by enabling self-enrollments).

Once you login as a user, you should be able to enroll in any course visible on the Course Catalog page.

Any issues with that, again, submit a ticket to support.
