Captivate 6, SCORM 2004 error

Hi,

Since updating a file to Captivate 6 and trying to publish to our LMS (Taleo), we've encountered the following error:

SetValue cmi.score.scaled NaN false

We do have quiz questions, but they are hidden for this specific use. Here's a screenshot of the Reporting settings:

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Angela

Can you test another course with the same set up?

Can you test this course on Scorm Cloud as well and verify if you recieve the same error??

On Above Screenshot, can you lcik on Configure next to SCORM 2004 and share a screen shot of that panel too?

Thanks,

Anjaneai

Hi,

I do not have actual access to our LMS (working on that), but I can ask another colleague to try testing a different course with the same settings.

The course worked perfectly without errors on Scorm Cloud...thanks for that suggestion.

Here's the configure screenshot:

Thanks for your help!

Hi Angela,

At my end I have SCORM Version, (top of your 2nd screenshot) is selected as 3rd Edition by default.

Is it greyed out for you? if not please select one? also check the same with a new project, if it is greyout.

You should consult your LMS about the same and compatibility issues if any. they should have a detailsed log for your course and should be able to track the root cause.

As, a test you test your same course with a different template under Quiz--Quiz Preferences--reporting--Template instead of Default.

Thanks,

Anjaneai
