Captivate 9: Certificates only showing in Firefox

Hey All!

I am creating a course with a certificate at the end.  I am trying to use the Interactions button, then selecting the "Learning Interactions" option. I went through and created a certificate.  

The problem I am having is that the certificate only appears in Firefox.   It looks like the cause is one of the javascript files. 

Have any of you had this problem?  If so what did you do to fix it?
