Captivate 9 Mac MP4 Problem

When I publish a Captivate 9 file as an MP4 on my Mac Most builds and other objects work correctly.  But, Zooms do not show appear.  Is this a known issue for which there is a fix or workaround (other than using some other object) which will enable zooms on a Mac?

"Zooms do not appear". Can you explain? Is the original raw file a cpvc or a cptx-file? If it is a cpvc-file you are talking about a different Zoom functionality. If it is a cptx-file: are you talking about the Zoom object or the Zoom learning interaction?
