Captivate 9 / Prime Audio Issue

I have an interesting puzzle.

I have created some recorded narration for  some slides and have them auto play upon entering the slide.
They always play but will stop randomly.

One time it may play all the way through, other times it may stop within the first sentence, and sometimes it may stop elsewhere in the middle. The narrations are only about 30 seconds on average but there does not seem to be any rhyme or reason to when they stop. As such, I am struggling to narrow down the issue.

I am using Captivate 9.02.437 and Captivate Prime.

I have not noticed the issue using a browser preview or by launching my published file - only via Prime and the Prime App on iPad.

Has anyone else seen this and know of a fix/workaround?

    I hope you posted this problem also in the Prime forum? If not, I could move ti there, cannot help you because it seems to be a Prime issue, not directly a Captivate problem. I don't have access to Prime.
