Hi, I'm trying to use the Captivate 9 trial. I have downloaded through Safari and Firefox and both say "image not recognised". What do you suggest?

Thanks in advance for your help. Anna

    Hello Anna,

Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe and rename the OOBE folder to OOBE_old and then run the installer again.

    Hi Himanshu

Thanks for the prompt response. None of this is coming up when I search for this file path.

I can't see it on my computer. Any ideas?

    Thanks

    Anna
