Hello all:
I am doing some testing of Captivate Classic outputs and my remote colleague received the attached error message when trying to load the .zip file:
"Error - unable to acquire LMS API..."
Our LMS is Oracle. Are there tweaks I might beed to make in certain files to get the .zip to play nicely? ( can try to get specific version info as needed...it wasn't immeditely to hand as I'm not part of the LMS team and any uploads have to run through my colleague)

Some LMSs have problems with evaluation of Slide views. You require 100%, but are you sure that each slide will be viewed completely?
An easy workaround would be to add one scored object, like a button, which the learner needs to click to finish the course. In that case you can lower the % of slides and require Pass for a 'quiz', which may even be set at 100%, since the score will only be what is attached to that button.

Was Reporting under Quiz Preferences set up? If yes, please post a screenshot of the Reporting settings.

ok, thank you for this idea... I will give that a shot. In this instance, I don't have actual quiz questions, it's just a software sim, but I can set my "Begin" button as a quiz object and try again on SCORM Cloud before I re-engage my LMS folks.
