Just publish the Camtasia project to MP4 and then you can usually import them into Captivate.  If you encounter issues, you may find that you need to re-encode the videos with Adobe Media Encoder (free with Captivate).  Remember that ideally your Camtasia project dimensions (height and width in pixels) should be the same as your Captivate project stage dimensions.
