I would like to use the Notes widget in a project being developed in Italian. I thought if I could locate the assets for the widget on my laptop, I might be able to modify the English labels. Can someone point me to the physical location of the widgets installed with Captivate?
I'm using Captivate 2017 on Windows 10.
Thank you.

The main store of widgets are located here:
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Captivate 2017 x64\Gallery\Interactions
But copies of these are actually located in the Public user profile here (on Win10):
C:\Users\Public\Documents\Adobe\eLearning Assets\Interactions_10_0
Please note that although you can probably modify the CSS and JS code of the HTML5 widget part, the SWF version cannot be modified unless you decompile the file. Adobe doesn't give you the original source files used to create these widget

Thank you, Rod. You did answer my question about the physical location of the widgets.
However, I've learned that finding the widgets is just the first step. A co-worker helped me to unlock the widget by changing the extension to .zip.
When I finally found the labels, I discovered there were labels in other languages, but not the one I want to use. That leads to another question - how does the widget decide which language to use? My guess is that it uses the system setting? What happens, then, if the system is using a language that not's included in the widget's collection of languages?

I haven't explored that specific scenario but my guess would be that it defaults to English.
