How can I get my cc box to display correctly? I am using the notes feature with text to speech. I am using the system commands to display the cc box cpCmndcc when they user enters the slide (this is for demo purposes). Why is the box in the lower right? I am not using a skin. I attached a file to show where it displays.

Hi there

It's much better and more efficient if you don't attach an image. Insert it inline please so we may see it. Otherwise we are stuck waiting for the forum admins to approve the attachment.

Follow my blog link if you aren't sure how to insert inline.

Cheers... Rick

You can see the little gray box which should be stretched across the bottom of the screen. I have placed the TOC on either side, and that doesn;t matter. It looks like I should be able to drag the box where iI want it, but I cannot.

Hi there

You might want to double-check your skin settings. Specifically, the Layout area.

We are not using the playbar for this project. I just tested, turning on the playbar, but with no selections. The closed captioning now appears like I want, but I have the extra space under the project now. bah. I think I will create a custom playbar to get the playbar smaller, with the captions appearing as I want. This is VERY workable, thanks!

Hi again

Try editing the skin again and click the Borders tab. Reduce or turn off the bottom border.

If I set the transparency to 100% for the playbar, I now have the look and feel and navigation that I want. Thanks! Much frustration avoided.
