Hello.
We have a course that we created that is pretty simple in nature. When we publish the course (swf format, scorm 1.2 enabled) and upload it to our LMS (healthstream) everything seems to be ok, but when we actually try to take the course, the window for it opens, and then immediately closes with no error messages or other indication of what happened. Has anyone encountered anything like this before?
Hi there,
Is it happening through Scorm Cloud as well? I tried Internet Explorer, Mozilla and Chrome and the link works on all of them.
Try this:
Open Tools > internet options > Advanced and Reset the browser and see if it helps.
Also try under another account on your computer and see if that helps.
Thanks!

Thank you. I have uplaoded it there. I think I've done this right, so the URL is https://cloud.scorm.com/sc/InvitationConfirmEmail?publicInvitationId=9534360d-7cb5-4cbd-ab2d-1cea243...
It gives me an error about needing to update flash to flash 11 when I try to view it on my machine there (although I have repeatedly updated the flash player for my browser). I published it in Flash 9 to try and maximize compatibility. Oddly, it appears to work when using google chrome (but I need it to work in internet explorer)

Hi there,
I checked the link given by you and it works fine on all the browsers. Make sure the pop-up blocker is turned off.
Thanks!

Thanks. At least that confirms the course works, and it might be an issue solely with my computer or browser.
Pop-up blocker is turned off, so thats not it. I've reinstalled flash again, but no luck.

I think I figured it out finally. I had some add-ons in internet explorer disabled for whatever reason. The adobe shockwave player seems to have been the culprit. Re-enabled it and its working now. I really appreciate your help. Confirming that it worked on your system allowed me to focus on my browser rather than the class or lms.
