Is the HTML5-published output from Cp9 keyboard accessible--in other words, for HTML5-published output will my end users be able to use the Tab key to move to different items in the menu and on the slides by just using their Tab key? Is Cp9's HTML5-published output Section 508-compliant?  Also, does Cp9 only publish to HTML5 content or is Flash-based publishing a separate option? Thx in advance for the answers!

You can choose either HTML5 or SWF (Flash-based option). They are separate options, but you can choose to publish them both at the same time from a single project. You can have an accessible project with either HTML5 or SWF. However, simply publishing in one of these does not guarantee that your project will be accessible. There are many things you need to do to make your project accessible. Find a summary here Accessibility best practices
